Our History
Pastor Wilmer Fiore is a pastor, chaplain, educator, and community leader committed to making disciples, developing leaders, and serving communities through faith-based ministry. As the Founder and Senior Pastor of RTM Congregation, alongside his wife Kelly, he has dedicated his ministry to preaching the Gospel, biblical discipleship, restoring lives, and equipping believers to fulfill God's purpose.
Since 2019, he has led a ministry vision focused on spiritual transformation, strengthening families, and fostering the healthy growth of the Church. His passion for biblical teaching and ministerial training has led him to develop educational programs that equip leaders, ministry workers, and pastors who are committed to advancing the Kingdom of God.
In addition to his pastoral responsibilities, Pastor Fiore serves as President of the International Chaplaincy Network (ICN), an organization dedicated to training, equipping, and credentialing chaplains for service in churches, communities, hospitals, institutions, outreach programs, and crisis situations. His vision is to develop chaplains who demonstrate spiritual excellence, ministerial integrity, and a strong biblical foundation.
He also leads educational initiatives through the RTM School of Ministry, where he promotes Christ-centered ministerial training rooted in Scripture and enriched by the historical and cultural context of the Bible. His approach integrates spiritual development, practical leadership, and compassionate service to others.
Throughout his ministry, Pastor Fiore has championed community outreach projects, discipleship programs, social service ministries, and strategic partnerships designed to bring hope, restoration, and spiritual support to those in need.
His mission is to equip leaders, strengthen churches, train chaplains, and help individuals discover and develop the purpose God has established for their lives, impacting their generation with the love and truth of Jesus Christ.
