Our History
Wilmer Fiore and his wife, Kelly, were born in Santo Domingo, DR. Wilmer gave his heart to the Lord at the age of nine years he strayed from the ways but the Lord had mercy and like the prodigal son accepted him back since 2007 in 2016 he was anointed and sent as a pastor by Apostle Ricardo Reyes in Queens Ny. And Kelly gave his heart to the Lord at the age of thirty two. They were married in 2019 and immediately went into full time itinerant ministry together. For the next two and a half years they have maintained a daily service through their digital platform, preaching the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and Ps Wilmer as a worshipper for the past 13 years.
They love the Lord with all their hearts and are so grateful for the supernatural intervention, grace and mercy of God that He clearly extended in and throughout their lives. If it were not for the hand of God working on their behalf, they realize that they would not be here.
Pastor and Psalmist Wilmer Fiore Founder of Rise to Inspire Ministry and author of the book (Expanding Christian Knowledge) where he has the platform to expand the kingdom of God and work with those poorest in spirit. Musician by profession, former member of several merengue groups from where he was able to know much of the world taking his music, today he brings the message of the good news through worship and RTIM.

To declare the good news of salvation to the nations by bringing a Christ-centered message A ministry characterized by dedication, character, faith, passion and consistency; carrying out the conquest and preparation of the ground for the great revival promised in the word of God.
WHAT WE DO
The passion to reach souls for the Kingdom of God, this represents the greatest commitment for us; teaching the word for spiritual growth with the objective of fulfilling the great commission. "go preach the gospel to every creature".

To depend totally on the Holy Spirit to direct and guide us as we lead others into the depths of a Godly relationship.
