God has marked us with a vision, and our passion is to walk according to the purpose of His heart. Each member of this family becomes an active part of the body of Christ; always moving, growing and multiplying. We are hungry for more of His Spirit, because we are witnesses of His power and His love. We invite you to learn more about our vision and how to contribute to its advancement. The purpose of RTIM is to prepare leaders to take the Gospel of the Kingdom to the world by word and deed (Acts 1:1) through the manifestation of God's supernatural power and grace through our Lord Jesus.
OUR MINISTRY
We are a team of men and women called by God to establish the Kingdom of God on earth through His grace and the good news of salvation.
DISCIPLES
It is the place where those who decide to cross the line of believers to become disciples of the Kingdom are trained and equipped. Discipleship leads them to know their identity as sons, with rights, inheritance and responsibilities in the kingdom of God. It also helps them discover and fulfill God's purpose, calling and will for their lives.

Pastor Wilmer Fiore is the Founder and Senior Pastor of RTM Congregation and serves as the President of International Chaplaincy Network (ICN). His ministry is dedicated to biblical teaching, leadership development, Christian discipleship, and the creation of training programs for pastoral ministry and chaplaincy.
As a writer and ministry educator, he has developed educational resources, discipleship programs, and leadership training materials designed to promote spiritual growth, Christian leadership, and community service. His approach combines sound biblical teaching, historical insight into the Scriptures, and practical application of Kingdom principles.
Throughout his ministry, Pastor Fiore has been committed to equipping leaders, ministers, and chaplains for effective service. He advocates a model of ministry grounded in integrity, excellence, and a steadfast commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. His passion is to help men and women discover their calling and positively impact their families, churches, and communities.
He is married to his beloved wife, Kelly Aquino, who has been an essential partner in advancing their ministry vision and supporting the various initiatives they undertake together.
His mission remains to make disciples, develop leaders, and extend the transforming message of Jesus Christ through teaching, service, and pastoral care.
